Collections are arranged by appointment in Cambridge — we're not a shopfront.
Where we deliver
Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge
Free, in our own van. Outside that area we can't deliver — but you're welcome to collect.
Before you write
Is a deal still there? We honestly won't know — the deals in the feed are in other people's shops, and stock moves fast. Ring the store directly; it's quicker and they'll actually know.
Something arrived wrong? Tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Reply to your order email so we have the details in front of us.
Cancelling your membership? You don't need us for that — there's a button on your account page and it takes about five seconds.
