Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what we need to run the service:

• Your email address and name — to log you in and send you deal alerts.
• Your subscription status — so we know whether to unlock deal locations for you.
• Address and phone — only if you buy something from our shop, and only so we can bring it to you or arrange a time to collect.

What we never see

Card numbers. Shop orders are paid in person, by cash or Interac e-Transfer, so there are no card details to take in the first place. Memberships are billed entirely by Stripe; we receive a confirmation that you paid and nothing else. We couldn't leak your card details if we tried, because we don't have them.

Who we share it with

Three companies, each doing one job:

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Resend — sending the deal alert and order emails.
• Supabase — the database and login system where your account lives.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. Your email address is for talking to you about deals, full stop.

Emails you can turn off

Deal alerts have an off switch on your account page, and you can keep your membership with alerts muted. Order confirmations and billing notices we'll always send — you need those.

Your data, your call

Email us and we'll send you everything we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account entirely. We keep order records for tax purposes even after an account is deleted, because we're required to.
